Upcoming release from Apogee?  None.  Apogee has no games under development.
3D Realms however has Duke Nukem Forever (mid 98), Prey (Early 99), and Max
Payne (late 98).  Pinball Wizards has Balls of Steel, which is the next game
out, due late this month, or early next.
