Hmm.. I downloaded the Java SDK a while back, and just started getting into

when my HD crashed.  I don't think I could face downloading it again, even
if I did still have internet access.  I wish Sun would make the stuff 
distributable, so magazines could distribute it.  Come to think of it, has 
anyone seen GnuWin32 on a CoverCD ??
Any chance of a quick overview of Java's approach ?
BTW, do you know if Java's Telephony API is available yet ?
