Take a backup of the folder (backup to file) on the computer where holding
the files. You should be able to do this even though you can't access the
files because Administrators have the right to backup all files.

Restore the backup on the original computer. With luck, you can open them there.

I think your problem is due to the following issue: You encrypted the files
on computer A. The files are now on computer B. A has the private key
needed to decrypt the files. B does not. When you sit at A and try to
access them over the network, it is actually B that has to read the file
and send it. B needs the private key to do that.
