Better and more functionality. I now always disable the auto insert for
all the various modes of differing types of media. But that's just me.
The USB keychain thing is also a good idea.
Be aware, as hopefully your tech is, that SP2 in XP allows a policy to be
set to disallow USB memory devices...they're a major security hole/threat
for stealing company information. You've taken floppies out of systems,
but now you've got this nice USB port on the front, that allows users to
insert memory sticks, and copy anything that will fit, and walk out the
door with it. In many companies, it's a major security hole.
