It's really very simple.  You have to login to the DSL modem and change
that setting and I believe it was the 2nd tab from the left.  It's been
awhile since I did it and I've forgotten the tab's name, but if I were
sitting in front of a computer connected to the Internet via a DSL modem, I
could do it.
