I had a DYNDNS address at one time and used the Updater to keep things
current. That was when I had DSL Lite, so when they bumped me up to a
faster speed, I was given a static address.

I knew there was something I forgot to tell you. No ports are required for
Ping as it uses icmp packets and so does Tracert. Icmp 'echo-request' (type
8) packets out and icmp 'echo-reply' (type 0) packets in.

Also, and unfortunately, I was unable to get my real ip static address
updated to our RC in time for the current nodelist. It will be in next the
nodelist. Of course, I can successfully ping myself, but why would I?

Roger
