You should have seen it before you were the proverrbial "twinkle" 12 years 
ago. Before asffirmative action made minorities yjr power players and  so on 
yadayadayada. Ran, you have ABSOLUTLY  no idea or clue as to life 
reqyurements for thriving in this world. get off the puter, read some books 
that show how ti suceed and then come back. And GET THAT CHIPOFF YOUR 
SHOULDER, it will do nothing to help you. Good yjimgs come to ths that work! 
Your problem is that it' not about working lomger or harder, but working 
smarter. This vitriol you harbor sucks you dry. Somme people get written off 
daily and unless you see the writing soon, you will be one of those stats.
