She didn't say any of it word-for-word.  She did say something to the
effect of "ATSIC should be disbanded and the LIPs left to run the
gauntlet like the rest of us"...

She also said something about "Asian migration should be limited
because they form ghettos".  I concede that some areas do appear to be
like that, but I don't favour imigration limiting (I am an imigrant
myself).  Somehow people should be encouraged to integrate.
