I have the identical problem.  I can usually connect to them at 33.6 or 31.2,
but i can not maintain a connection for longer then about 15 minutes, then 
the modem just hangs up, leaving the computer thinking that it is still 
connected. (Netscape will just show the metiors untill it tiimes out), the 
only way for
me to reconnect is to have Open Transport kill the connection (even though it
is already hung up) and re open it.
