As I said to Tom in a previous reply, that feature will only work if
you use the UPGRADE version of Win95, and not the full install version.

That feature you speak of is already available in MS Internet Explorer
version 4.0, and it works with Win95 or Win98. Upon installation, it asks
you if you want to activate the option of operating your system as a
browser. If you don't want your system working that way, you just don't
activate that option. Then, Windows operates as the OS you're accustomed
to. MS Internet Explorer CAN work independently and, only when you want
it to.
