No, CA was charging a lot of money for it initially, then included it
with the upgrade to 5.2 if desired (you could also pick a copy of
dbFast instead).
It's got some nice stuff in it, but I doubt it'll ever be upgraded
again. The network stuff is extensive, but most will not work with
Novell 4.
So, it'll probably rapidly become obsolete.
