Just use JAR32.EXE :-)  No parameter is necessary.
Note that, with the new JAR (v1.01C), there are JAR16.EXE and JAR32.EXE, but 
no JAR.EXE (you may rename the appropriate JAR??.EXE to JAR.EXE).
