Well, I didn't find any fidonet listed BBS systems in the Dayton, NV area in 
the full world-wide Fidonet nodelist.  What I have done is posted the portion 
of the nodelist for the Reno, NV area since you mentioned that Dayton was in 
the Reno area.  I do not know if any of the following BBS systems will be a 
local call for your sister or if they will all be a long distance call.  I 
also do not know if any of the listed BBS systems charge their users for 
access to the BBS or to the message areas.  One of the BBS systems in the 
list - Library Com currently carries this echo.  Gayle Licari is the user on 
that BBS who has posted messages in this echo.
