The DNS service I use ( www.zoneedit.com it's free for up to 5 domains and
low traffic) has the ability to forward a URL to a different URL. They have
the ability to wrap the forwarded URL in an iframe or not, so you can
prevent the target URL from appearing.

Their name servers are geographically distant, and they use different OS's
for durability.
