Is "stabil" "stable' or 'consistent'?

My wife just had some accupuncture and she got very ill.  Even missed the
wedding she wanted to attend.

 BF> pay for me.

Our social assistance is not as forward-looking and it is not as
well-funded.  We would be paying our own way.
