I got a refund (I kept one of the tapes as "proof"), but you are right

- they didn't stop selling them.

About 2ys ago I had a problem with some other tapes they were selling

- The problem was about 15mins into the tape they were spliced. After

several customers bought their VCR's in for a headclean due to this

splice I started sending them back to Cunninghams to air their

complaints...   Cunninghams eventually phoned me to confirm the

problem, and they DID actually tape the remaining tapes off the

shelves.

I guess they'll need a few more angry customers before they do it this

time though.  Oh well, I shouldn't complain since I no longer give

free quotes, it could be easy money for me to diagnose 'faulty tape'
