Patch files are only useful to Msged developers who have a copy of GNU
patch (and of course a C compiler).

There is no mouse support in the Windows version. I'm not sure why the
mouse won't work in the 32-bit DOS version; can you try the 32-bit DOS
version of Msged 4.2 beta 2 and tell me if the problem still exists?
