Even if they do that still isn't a vote in the election. Also the way things
are set up it really doesn't matter even if the RC's vote does happen to
reflect ALL of the region's members wishes.

Or not. It REALLY doesn't matter. Same with any criticism of said election in
this echo by anyone, whether or not they REALLY voted or expessed an opinion
anywhere at any time, election period or at any time of the year. Their words
in this echo carry exactly the same weight as they ever did regardless of what
their RC did or didn't do and thus, "if you do not make your voice or vote
heard, then you have no choice but to live with the results", simply does not
apply. The RC's vote is the RC's vote and nobody elses no matter how much or
little discussion took place anywhere, including netmail.
