OMG, I cannot just do something simple... Mystic was running on a Windows 10 64Bit... running great I might add... I bought a micro computer, AMD processor, windows 10 64Bit because the 32bit version would not install.

I just copied it over and it started giving me grief about the SSH/SSL thing. I downloaded the latest version of mystic and updated the cl64.dll and it's still giving me static...
