I already use but not being able to copy and paste is really too uncomfortable,
in the end I always use gnome terminal.

My Mystic local codepage is setted to UTF8 (as you can see on this link: https://postimg.cc/cggDqgSP) and I choose UTF8 when I connect (when he asks me) but ever strange symbols instead of accented words...
