Apart from his lies about me, he should not even be mentioning me,
given that he stated in a message in this echo that he had put me
in his "twit filter". It appears to be a breach of the echo rules
to comment about people who he has stated he has put in his "twit
filter", but he has as much respect for the echo rules as I have
for him. :) 

My attitude to "twit filters" is that I do not use them, but if
someone (Ceppa) claims to have put me into it, it is permanent,
unless or until he posts a follow up message (a) rescinding the
original post, and (b) apologising for putting me in the "filter",
and undertaking not to do so again. Basically "zero tolerance".
