2:240/1120 was down about 3 weeks... It uses Fastecho, which always strips
seenbys from interzone messages from 1:261/38.

CPD (Circular Path Detection) * Nodes only *
--------------------------------------------------------
This is a method of preventing duplicate messages from
being processed and exported by your system. Each system
that forwards an echomail message adds its address to
the ^APATH information in the message. If CPD is
enabled, FastEcho will consider messages that already
have your address in them as duplicates while tossing.

The 'Circular Path Detection' in my Fastecho at 2:221/1 only checks PATH for
its own address, not the addresses where it exports messages.
