I am convinced that it is just a term that Lee has invented in some
attempt to equate himself with sysops and perhaps lend a little more
credence to some of his posts.

His posts are often trips in fantasy land, but every once in a while he
slips in some decently thoughtful posts just to throw us all off guard.
