Do you know if they are using SNMP or is this a separate system that just
has a listing of the current config? I assume they are using syslog for the
logging part but the access rules and such would either have to be via SNMP
or it's not actually showing what's in the firewall but instead just
showing the records of what's supposed to be in it.
How much are they charging for the service?
