I first must apologize to you for biting your head off in my post, I was in a
very bad mood and my anger had a tendency to show inadvertantly. I re-read
your message and respect your point of view. I also re-read mine and
ealized
that maybe I should have clarified my point a little better instead of the
blanket statement that I made. When I made the statement I was refering to
those people who come to the meeting with the same complaint week after week,
ask for feedback, and return with the same complaint. That was something I
have experienced since I started in the program 10 years ago.
I should have been a little more specific... Well if this isn't a lesson from
HP on Patience and Tolerance...:) And another lesson Hp sent me was "Be
careful what you ask for you might just get it. I originally wrote this post
to get a thread going. It worked too well. :)
