If two native-born _American_ citizens move to Paris, their 8-year-old
kid has no "attend" Atlanta schools just because he's an American...unless he
lives in Atlanta.
It's considered normal for parents to take their kids where they live.
Why do you feel it's denying the kid's "rights" only if his parents are
illegal aliens who've been deported to their homeland?
