| subject: | Re: URGENT HELP PLEASE: registry key(s) for Ctl-Alt-Del? |
From: Ellen K.
Thank you for the very fast reply!!!!!!!
My theory is that recent modifications to the application cause it to
freeze on the desktop and that is why we are suddenly seeing so many users
giving it the three-finger salute. We sent out an email yesterday telling
them to contact the helpdesk rather than abnormally terminating, remains to
be seen how much cooperation we will get, however if we can get the
managers to enforce it we will be good.
The absolute ideal thing would be if instead of killing it it would pop a
message "PLEASE CONTACT HELPDESK".
