Huh?

If I open http://www.yourdomain.com then my system will send the host name
to my DNS server.

In your scenario, my DNS server would end up sending the query to 1.1.1.1.
But that example IP is your web server, and it will not respond to a DNS
query. My attempt to open the web site would fail.

You could run a really-cut down DNS system on 1.1.1.1. It could answer all
questions with the single answer "1.1.1.1". You could possibly
rig up netcat to do that.
