Things done so far:
        Cleaned out garage enough to have workspace. Hid from 300lb
        cockroaches in order to finish the job unwounded.
        Opened air filter pan (?) and uhh.. DIRTY with a capital
        R for rust, dust, pinestraw, et al. Not too bad. Cleaned
        said pan. Carbouretor looks dirty, but decent.
        Bought new air filter, new oil filter, and gear lube for
        the rear end. Also got sparkplug socket. Forgot to bring
        my new can of Marvel Mystery Oil for the 2nd time.

        The battery will be the biggest pain in the butt. I'll prolly
        get a used one. I still haven't gotten a job, and I have almost
        everything I need, ha!
        Hopefully my poor unsuspecting mechanic friend will accompany
        me to the garage this weekend with his many shiny tools and
        brain cells.
        If things go well, the 24 year old abomination of economy
        will be rolling before my birthday on the 8 Nov. IMHO, a
        Haynes repair manual is USELESS. sigh. 
        muahaha.
... I just donated my shopping cart collection the the Homeless Shelter.
