I'd add Chavo Guerrero.

Do Torrie and Stacy count since they've never left WWE since the buyout?

I think he was injured for a bit and did a few weeks of OVW to get his
timing back.

He came over with WCW. I don't think he ever left, just was phased down
somewhat.

Mark Jindrak came, was sent to OVW, and has yet to return.

Mike Awesome came, was off for injury, I think did some time in OVW,
came back, and was let go.

DDP came in for a bad angle, left for injury, came back with another
unpopular angle, and was forced to retire due to injuries.

Bill DeMott in some form, though I'm not sure if his time off was due to
injury or OVW. I know he did a Tough Enough.

Shannon Moore went right to developmental and is now teamed with Matt
Hardy Version 1.0.

It's hard to keep track without a scorecard.
