It wouldn't be hard to do that just a couple minutes of effort...
Mystic already does come with an optional connect script that requires the user to press escape twice within a certain number of seconds or it hangs up. This way doesn't exclude ASCII users and has a similar outcome, so that might be a viable option.
I don't even see this person's original message. Hopefully that doesn't mean someone is filtering out MYSTIC echo posts again from zone 2...
