Your recollection of Bill Kochman being the original moderator
is probably correct - I recall that name, but Jeff Snyder did
not ring a bell - they may well be the same person.

Quarrella did not list it for me. I noted in this echo that people
from here had "lifted their legs" in EDGE_ONLINE after (Kochman / Snyder)
deleted it or let it lapse, and SQ took it over. Quarrella did, however,
give me advice about listing it, and helped in having it put on the
NAB echo distribution - he challenged me to list it, which is why
I did it. I did not have internet back then & used to poll the USA
to update the entry. Q most certainly was the moderator prior to me.

Quarrella never updated the listing for me - I did it every few
months via ISD / netmail before I had internet access & email.

News to me, as I never banned anyone, let alone "pre-banned" anyone.
Must have grabbed Dan's attention, as he fictioned it up. Not an
unusual thing for him to do. Little has changed.
