Sure.  That's why I don't *know* whether or not there is a deity, I might
be wrong either way.  IMO organized religion has nothing to offer anybody
on the subject, the idea that God hears all of the the billions of prayers to
him/her/it every day from every inhabited planet of the universe is ludicrous.

Note that most religions claim to be the 'true representatives' of God on earth -
until somebody mentions their possible liability for some 'act of God.'  After
all, if they are truly his/her/its agent on this planet then they *should* accept
that responsibility.
