Dan and I have occasionally exchanged NETMAIL over the past couple of
years.  Usually but not always the topics of those NETMAILs would be
off-topic in a public echo - such as comments about a moderator's
ruling.

Most likely to keep off-topic chatter - such as but not limited to comments
