I don't have internet access.  As for e-mail, all I have is fidonet
net-mail receive, and Juno e-mail (~50k per message limit, and no
attachments.)
If you can give me the _exact_ URL, I can do it through a get-web e-mail
server, though.  No menus or anything like that.  The server is just
pure batch 'grab the specific URL and e-mail it back'.
