Gregg,
When I first read this I thought you were using E.R. to refer to European
Republic. Then I thought you were talking about a religious cult or commune
you had visited. The EMTs sounds like proselytizers. I particularly like
the second interpretation. I flashed on Eckankar with their notion of Eck
masters moving on to the next level.
