This is Crackers, our peach-face lovebird. Wondering what might be going =
on here with his back.

Mites? Boredom (he does get attention every day)? Stress? Rash? =
Nutrition? Natural moulting? Unusual moulting?

We've: supplemented his diet with plumage enhancing drops; installed a =
bird protector for mites; given him more attention (even though he gets =
a bit ornery sometimes).

He's otherwise healthy and active.

We've had him for more than 4.5 years and this came on over a period of =
months. Didn't know what to think as he has been living as is during =
that time.
