It's not that hard to do, especially if the site is just 6 static pages.
You setup a web server behind nat, mapping only port 80, run windows update
so the machine is fully patched, burn the site to CD and set the CD
directory as the website directory. Now it's almost impossible to hack and
as long as you keep patched you are probably more locked down than 98% of
the web hosts out there.

You could probably use an old PII for a webserver.
