No it was not.
The last time I was in Mortsel.be (friday July 13th 2018, so very recent),
all the sockets were the French type with a earth pin,
and no "Schuko" at all.
Ofcourse I have a ditribution system with me, which has a plug that goes in
both type of sockets.
So no problem to power my computer hardware when I am there.
