See my earlier message to Wayne on this. I think you'll be better off 
spending a couple of bux on a phone call & phoning Semware direct & quote 
your credit card (if you have one). Their phone # is:
1 404 641-9002 (got that from my TSE v2.0 invoice)
Bear in mind that the East Coast USA is on daylight saving at the moment & 
will  be 14 hours behind you on the east coast of AUS.
