Like it or not, that is the Rule that Ross Cassell has put in place 
for this Echo.  He, as well as I, understand the open debate on both 
the rules as well as rulings are counterproductive when done in the 
Echo itself.  

If you have questions or suggestions about the rules, feel free to 
netmail myself or Ross.  

As it is, the rule stands and your discussing of the rule in this 
Echo is off-topic.  Please move on to other topics.
