No, those are your problems.  

As has been pointed to you, the baptism is, for obvious reasons, done 
by proxy. Since those being baptized are dead, it's kinda hard to get their 
approval for the baptism.  

If they were mormon, they were already baptized.  If they weren't, odds 
are that the din't want to join that cult when they werte alive.  That 
makes the ceremony odious and contemptible to the memory of the 
deceased.  

If you can't see that, I feel very sorry for you.
