Reading subsequent posts, it looks like the officer politely refused to
hand over the quarter, then advised our hero to move along, that
loitering and panhandling was an offense.  To this, RB became
belligerent, showing his ass and blowing smoke about how copwatch would
take care of the officer. It doesn't take much to figure out where the
encounter went from there.
As always, it wasn't my fault Ma.... that big bully policeman was out to
get me.
He still doesn't get it.... its all about choices.
