Yes, or it can be circumvented by hitting the Cancel button
before it starts connecting or disconnecting. In fact I have
ammended the BYE.CMD and LOGIN.CMD to increase this delay to
several seconds.

Win 3.11 which I have to open first before I can run CuteFTP,
as CuteFTP is a Windoze based program.
