Wow, news.com actually calls it the "deactivation feature".  No
wonder Rich (and other MS employees I've communicated with, btw) are so
touchy when I mention the Production Deactivation feature.   It is starting
to look like it
is a part of Microsoft's desire to move to the subscription model for software.
