Hello Gregory,
On Monday July 23 2018 21:16, you wrote to me:

Of course it can be done. But who is going to pay for it? Will it be all right
with you if the US tax payer pays the price?
Mv>> The US is an unreliable partner. Deals made today can be

GD> Not the case the U.S. and Germany are allies or were you not aware of

With allies like that, who need enemies?
GD> Iran deal.
GD> Why should the the USA pay such money's isn't bad enough that the

Whatever. Point is that the US can not be trusted to honour "a deal is a deal".

Mv>> worse than being under the thumb of Trump.
That of course should have been "Being under the thumb of Trump may be
Mv>> worse than being under the thumb of Putin".
GD> what of our workers in these fields of aluminum and steel industry.
GD> This was for many years a protected US interest, until politicians
GD> found themselves charmed by cheap inferior metals for foreign lands.
Whatever. Point is that the US has started a trade war against the rest of the
world. Including its allies. A partner that breaks deals whenever it considers
it in its advantafe to do so is an unreliable partner.
Mv>> GD> Would you like to see a German Military in it's place?
Mv>>
Mv>> Yes!
And I want the US military and their nukes out of "De Peel" as well.
GD> Then contact the German Government, tell them that you want the
GD> American Forces to to sent home, to be replaced by a German one, see
GD> what what they say. It should be interesting in what they tell you.
I can guess. They will probably tell the same story as the Dutch Government.
"We have a deal with the US about these military basis. A deal is deal..."...
Cheers, Michiel
