Murder has a legal definition. But the law is not the owner of the term.
Believe it or not some can consider another person to be all sorts of
things in spite of what the law is on the matter.

As for whether killing fetuses is murder: For a person who believes that
fetuses have spirits then I can see why they'd hold that viewpoint.

As for myself I don't know if such a thing as a spirit exists. I don't know
if fetuses have them. I don't know if God exists and if he does exist what
he thinks of abortion.
