If I ever have to go to their sorry excuse for an electronics store, I use 
the floor copy...theres nothing in there worth $2.95, in fact, theyre 
continuing to offer less and less each year, and most of the stuff in there 
is the usual consumer toys and rippoff...
I listened to a guy complaining about their repairs on a cordless phone he 
bought, they refused to do anything about it, and were quite rude to him.
"You got questions? We got blank stares!" or
"You got questions? You got problems!"
