It's possible that hotswap is in one of the later versions.
Shutdown/reboot is really fast though. And, heck, if one of the primary
cards goes down, you probably have to reboot anyway .
Hadn't thought about the remote phone idea, but that's a good one, as long
as you have a vpn going (if the office is behind a firewall). Nice idea.
