Seal will break with either too many message areas or file areas, it is an
old program, the code was lost and the author has left.

If you just need message areas then there is:

 SQAF99A7.ZIP SqaFix v0.99a7: The Squish Area Manager for DOS & OS2 systems.

There is a support echo, the author is online, the program is current,
works with your squish.cfg.  One of the ZHubs runs it.  It is a cardware
program.
